Day 1 - United States

Depart the USA - overnight flight

Day 2  - Arrival

Arrive in Dubai and meet your representative in the airport  for the transfer to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of day at  your leisure.

Day 3 - Traditional and Modern Dubai City Tour

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Meet your local guide along with your fellow travelers in the hotel lobby for a full-day tour of Traditional and Modern Dubai. Your tour of Modern Dubai will include the Atlantis Lost Chamber and a ride on a monorail. After lunch visit the Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar then visit the top of Burj Khalifa Ticket: Palm Jumeirah Monorail with Entrance to Atlantis Lost Chambers.  Enjoy lunch at local restaurant (international buffet/set menu including drink). Spend the evening at your leisure. 

Day 4 - Dhow Dunner Cruise

Wake up and enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Spend the day at your leisure until Dhow Dunner Cruise.

Day 5 - Abu Dhabi

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel.  Meet your local guide in the hotel lobby to embark on a full-day tour of Abu Dhabi.  General Admission to the Louvre and Qasr Al Watan. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant (international buffet/set menu including drink). Then experience Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Enjoy the remainder of the  evening at your leisure. 

Day 6 - Desert Exerience

Wake up to enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Spend the early part of the day at your leisure until Sundowner Dune Dinner. This will include your dinner, camel ride and dune driving through the desert. 

Day 7 - Day at your Leisure

Wake up to enjoy breakfast in the hotel then spend the rest of the day at your leisure. 

Day 8  - Departure

Enjoy Breakfast in the hotel, then meet your representative in the hotel lobby for the transfer to the Dubai airport to return home after an enjoyable trip!

1.  Reserve your spot on the trip by completing the Registration Form.

2. We will contact you within 24-48 business hours to confirm trip details, payment arrangements, discuss optional experiences, and answer any questions.

3. Attend pre-trip virtual meeting to review trip details, respond to questions, and meet fellow travelers! Although meeting is optional, it is highly recommended.

Roommates

Trip packages are offered in both single and double-occupancy. Although every effort is taken to secure two-bed rooms, on some occasions the double occupancy will feature a single bed and rollaway bed, murphy bed, or sleeper sofa. We advise only selecting the double-occupancy package to share a room with someone that you know; Dreamy Tropical Travel will not be held responsible or liable for any claims or issues arising out of shared rooming.

Payments

By submission of a complete registration form and deposit you will reserve your spot on the trip. Final payment for all remaining trip fees are due eighty (80) days before departure. Bookings made less than 80 days prior to departure require full payment.

Cancellation Policy - If notice of cancellation is received before final payment is due, the deposit will be retained along with the Travel Protection payment. Cancellation penalty shown is below:

• 160 to 81 days prior to U.S departure date - $ 300 per person 
• 80 to 46 days prior to U.S departure date - 80% of trip price
• 45 days less prior to departure - 100% of trip price

Any early return expenses will be your responsibility. Due to contractual obligations, there are no refunds for absence or early departure from a trip, including but not limited to missed hotels, transfers, meals or sightseeing cruises or optional extensions. Dreamy Tropical Travel strongly advises that you to purchase travel insurance which usually covers such circumstances (you must confirm this however by reviewing the insurance policy carefully).

If you require and reserve airport transfers and did not purchase your flights as a part of your trip package, you will need to provide your arrival and departure flight information to us between at least 65 days before flight departure. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes to your flight schedule to ensure that you receive your transfers. Failure to do so may result in missing these services and no refund shall be due for missed transfers resulting from missing or outdated flight information.

Although every good faith effort is made, there are circumstances which arise that are unplanned and outside of the control of our Tour Operator (Operator). The Operator will be responsible for supplying the services and accommodations described in the itinerary, except where they cannot be supplied or the itinerary is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the Operator’s control. In such cases, the Operator will seek to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in these circumstances. 

Additionally, by booking this trip you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating, knowing there are risks. You agree to accept any and all risks based on your decision to participate in such activities.

Airfare

Airfare is not included; it is your responsibility to plan and secure your flight.
